The Lifestyle Strategies™ program provides a focused, comprehensive lifestyle change approach, the intent of which is to teach patients how to have a significant impact on their health for the rest of their life.
Lifestyle Strategies™ has a professional team of health educators with advanced degrees in exercise physiology, nutrition and counseling who work to teach patients how to be healthy, how to live healthy and how to stay healthy in the unhealthy and toxic environment that is the American culture.
For a patient to be successful, they must undergo a process that takes considerable time. Lifestyle Strategies™ offers an on-going program that provides the long-term support a patient needs to build skills around health and weight management. Through long-term participation in the program, a patient is able to practice these skills, incorporate them into a healthier lifestyle and over time, develop a new set of lifestyle goals. The program is set up in three stages so that patients can move along this continuum in a manner that reinforces the lifestyle changes they are making.
