Meal Replacement Features:

  • A low 160 calories per serving, 12 servings per container
  • 25% of the USRDA for vitamins and minerals per serving
  • 33% of the required trace elements and electrolytes per serving
  • 15 grams of high quality protein per serving
  • Carbohydrate to protein ratio of approximately ¼ to 1, approximately 15 grams of carbohydrate which is primarily derived from fructose which is superior to sucrose derived carbohydrate

Super Oat Directions:

Combine 1/3 cup Super Oats and 2/3 cup water
Add any additional Flavorings (optional): Cinnamon, Splenda, Butter Buds, Black Walnut Extract, Almond Extract
Mix ingredients together in a bowl and microwave for 1-1 ½ minutes. Stir and enjoy!
